In the Mindfulness Group is a 5 week program where you will learn about mindful meditation. You will learn what mindfulness is, how to stay in the moment and how that will help you to become more effective in your life. Mindfulness assists people to deal with stress, impulsivity, lack of focus, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and many other issues.
